This Superb Walnut Chest on stand the chest has 2 short over 3 long drawers to the top section and 2 long drawers in the stand which has long cabriole legs with ball and claw carved feet, the brass fittings are all original
The chest has the most superbly matched quarter veneers, the drawer fronts are inlaid and cross banded, it is all in good condition, the chest is of very solid construction it has no creaks, woodworm and the drawers run very smoothly, the chest comes with a key which works in some of the locks
The chest measures 69” high 31” wide and 22” deep
