Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The 8 day movement striking on the quarters and the hour with the Westminster Tune.
The clock has just been fully serviced by our own BHI registered staff.

The arched silver dial has a silvered chapter ring engraved with black Roman numerals and subsiduary rise and fall and STRIKE/SILENT dials. It has a cast brass bezel and bevelled glass. Any "discolouring" in the photographs is reflection only. It is beautifully clean in real life.

The arch top mohogany case has a beautiful French-polished finish with a deep, rich lustre. It has spiral twist columns to the front corners and the clock stands on four brass bun feet.
A really lovely clock that is much nicer than our photographs portray.
