Description

Antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers in lovely original condition & of exceptional quality. It has a flat top (no warps), a plinth base, moulded round corners, mahogany bun handles, locks on all the drawers & deep graduated drawers, so there is plenty of storage. The drawer fronts have moulded edges & are finely dovetailed too. This chest dates from around the 1860-80 period, so there are naturally various old marks, indentations, etc, so don't expect it to look new, but it is in good condition & structurally sound, with drawers that work. It also has the makers label in the drawer (see image).
