English Victorian Sterling Silver Napkin Ring - 1898

Description

A wonderful quality antique English napkin ring made from sterling silver with a full hallmark for London 1898. The makers mark is also present for the top-notch silversmith, William Hutton & Sons.

This heavy napkin ring has wonderful foliate reticulated decoration and two integral vacant cartouche, one back and front.

This example is lucky enough to have retained it's original presentation box (wear to the silk hinge).

Excellent condition, the napkin ring measures 1 1/4" in diameter x 2" thick; the box measures 3" x 3" x 2 1/2".
