Georgian Regency Fusee Bracket Clock

Description

A late Georgian Regency period English fusee bracket clock. A mahogany case with choice flame veneers and standing on brass ball feet. Brass inlays to the case front with brass line banding. A champfered pediment surmounted by the original brass finial. A convex glass to the cast brass bezel. The original brass hands to the convex painted dial signed 'Jno. Newman, London'. An 8-day duration fusee movement. Circa 1820.
