Description

A wonderful and highly decorative tea cannister made from sterling silver with an all-round repousse or embossed frieze, depicting a variety of oriental daily life.

The cylindrical caddy has a pull-off lid which fits well. The caddy is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1903 together with the makers mark for the silversmith, T H Hazlewood & Co.

Excellent condition with a base diameter measuring 2 5/8" and standing 2 7/8" tall.
