Brass Mantel Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

An extremely good quality brass and gilt four glass Mantel Clock with four bevelled edged bow shaped glass panels. The dial has an engine turned gilded centre and an eight day movement which strikes the hours and half hours on a gong and compensating mercury filled pendulum.

The movement back plate is stamped with the makers name:-

Samuel Marti

Serial number:- 10337

The Clock movement has been cleaned and serviced.

Height - 11 ½ inches

Width - 8 ½ inches

Depth - 7 ½ inches
