French Caned Large Bed

1900 - 1920
Description

A large French caned bed recently re-painted in contrasting Farrow and Ball colours. In the Louis XVI style, with good quality carving throughout, a very difficult model to find and all in excellent condition. ( difference in colour to one side is simply a shadow) comes complete with side rails, slats to support a mattress can be made if required. Measuring 62" wide overall 65" high headboard by 36" high endboard inside measurement 60".
