Description

An oak Arts & Crafts Period Magazine Rack By Arthur Simpson Of Kendal. The angular oak ends with rounded tops and exposed sandwich tenons, united by an oak under-tier and twin oak horizontal supports with string divisions. Although un-marked the quality, detail and craftsmanship lead us to beleive this came from one of the Simpsons workshops, probably the later Hubert Simpsons work. English circa 1920

Dimensions: 26.5" wide x 8.5" deep x 22" high

Condition: This magazine rack is in excellent copndition, cleaned and waxed. The string has been replaced at some time.
