Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the 1890s.
With four turned stretchers, carved legs and ceramic casters to the front legs. They are upholstered in a green fabric (most likely leather) and finished with studs.

A small rip to the fabric on the side of one of the chairs and general age related distressing to the fabric on both. There is some give to the frames, some movement under pressure. There is an old mend to the upright of one of the chairs. The springs have gone, but still useable – would benefit reupholstery and restoration if they are to be used frequently.
