A Very Good Mahogany Early Victorian Period Four Door Wardrobe

Description

A very good mahogany Early Victorian Period four door breakfront antique wardrobe. The breakfront moulded cornice above an arrangement of four beautifully figured mahogany doors, each with bold applied carved detail and raised flat pilasters with beautifully carved corbels. The twin central doors open to reveal sliding trays and four mahogany lined drawers. The left hand section with two brass hanging rails. The right hand section with a single brass rail and mahogany coat hooks and a large bonnet compartment for storing ladies hats. Supported on a breakfront solid mahogany plinth with solid mahogany sides. English circa 1850

Dimensions: 88" high x 103" wide x 22" deep at ends x 26" deep centre

Condition: This wardrobe is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
