A wonderful vintage cut crystal jar or box, topped with an English sterling silver lid with a lavishly gilded interior.

The top is crowned with an exquisite blue guilloche enamel with bright shiny patina showcasing the engine turning below, all in pristine condition. The silver has a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1928.

The lid diameter measures 2 5/8"; the jar standing 1 5/8" tall.
