Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1860s.
The bottom drawer actually comes out joined to the plinth, so there is no wasted storage space. There are also flat bun feet at the base. The drawer bottoms are all solid too & the sides are joined with fine dovetails. This chest dates from around the 1860's period, so there are naturally various old marks, indentations, etc, so don't expect it to look new, but it is in good condition & structurally sound, with drawers that work. You may notice that the top right hand drawer has had a small piece of beading knocked off. This will be fixed before it goes out, so don't be put off by that.
