A stunning chest of drawers – c.1870s/c.1880s – by the highly respected retailer/manufacturer Heal & Son of London. This beautiful high quality example of English cabinetmaking, in satin birch, has solid-mahogany-lined graduated drawers all of which retain their original turned knob handles. A golden colour, superb condition, the very best timbers, and the Heal''s stamp, all contribute to making this piece a fine investment. There is a working key to the top long drawer.
