A stunning antique English butter knife, made from a good gauge of solid sterling silver with the most exquisite decoration both back and front.

The knife comes in it's original velvet and silk lined presentation box, the beautiful leather box with embossed decoration.

The back of the knife has a full hallmark for Sheffield 1878 together with the highly sought-after Queen Victoria's head duty mark.

Superb condition, the knife measuring 6 3/4" in length, the box measuring 8" x 3 1/2".
