Description

A stunning English Victorian Claret Jug, about as decorative as they get. The heavy crystal with blue overlay decoration is smothered with silver plated cast grape vine mounts.

The original cork is intact with a cast bunch of grapes finial, the jug having a naturalistic handle. About as magnificent as they come in excellent condition dating to the late Victorian era, around 1880. Stands 11 1/2" tall to top of handle.
