A Beautiful Mahogany Inlaid Edwardian Period Antique Pedestal Desk

Description

A beautiful mahogany inlaid Edwardian Period pedestal desk. Having a solid mahogany rectangular top with satinwood cross banded detail and an olive green gilt and blind tooled leather writing surface, above three oak lined frieze drawers. Each pedestal having a further three graduating oak lined drawers, all having turned brass drawer pulls and retaining the original locks, the whole raised on a solid mahogany plinth with concealed castor's circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 42" wide x 24.5" deep x 29" high (knee hole 23" high x 16" wide )

Condition: This desk is in excellent condition, replacement leather insert. Minor shrinkage crack to the back of one pedestal (see picture) Cleaned and waxed
