Description

A beautiful burr walnut & marquetry inlaid Victorian Period antique coffee table (adapted). The top of serpentine outline veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut with boxwood floral marquetry detail. The solid walnut thumb moulded edge above the burr walnut veneered frieze, supported on turned and carved bulbous columns with carved cabriole supports and brass and porcelain castors, united by a turned and carved walnut stretcher, bearing the original cabinet makers label W.M Johnson & Son, Sheffield. English circa 1880

Dimensions: 42" wide x 21" deep x 20" high

Condition: This table is in beautiful condition, re-polished in our workshops. The table has been reduced in height to adapt to a coffee table
