Description

A delightful and very rare silver posy holder. These lovely items were often used for weddings or other occasions and were filled with small flower posies and held in the hands attached by ribbons. Wonderful gift ideas or collector's pieces.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits.

Hallmarks :- Softening but readable.

Maker :- S. Blanckensee & Sons.

Date :- Birmingham 1922.

Length :- 14 cms. to top of ring.

Diameter :- 7.5 cms. (widest point).
