This small antique French marble top commode has a lovely original colour & is in good original condition, dating from around the 1880-90's period. The marble which also has a stunning colour, is also original to this piece & is in good condition. The wood is predominately kingwood & walnut, plus there are some inlays of other woods. It has gilt bronze handles & mounts which are all naturally aged. The shaped drawers have solid timber bottoms. This piece is full of character & is also a very versatile item, which could be used in many different areas of the home.
