Fabulous Arts & Crafts style walnut fireside purdonium coal box c.1900. Art Nouveau repoussé copper panels featuring a flower bud motif to the top and door front in the manner of Shapland and Petter of Barnstable. Carrying a label for the Manchester department store Kendal Milne & Co. on Deansgate. Condition is excellent, retaining the original handles and liner.

Dimensions: width 18", depth 14", height 33".
