Looking like an intriguing treasure chest, this rich Macassar Ebony or Coromandel Jewellery or desk box is an absolute joy.

The rich wood is mounted with heavy cast brass on all sides with a heavy brass swing handle to the top.

The interior has been professionally re-lined with a hand - marbled paper in a vibrant colour, all creating a clean and attractive finish, ready for use.

Excellent condition, measuring 10 1/2" x 7" x 4 3/4" tall.
