The cruet is in the form of a Butler''s Tray, made from solid English Oak and silver plated mounts and stand. The stand is marked by the silversmith, which is for Henry Bourne & Daniel J. O''Neill of Birmingham, only operated between 1881-1886, so easy to date.
The inserts are cut glass and silver plate, the mustard and pepper with pagoda shaped tops.
Excellent condition, measuring 5'' x 4 7/8'' standing 5 1/4'' tall to top of mustard and pepper lids.
