C18th style Venetian gilt-wood centre table. Very decorative late C19th gilt and 'sea-green' paint decorated centre or lamp table . Flamboyant baroque-style carved ends with vase splat and carved leaf decoration joined by an interlaced stretcher , of symmetrical free-standing design . The well-worn elegantly distressed top now showing the red gesso base finish. Smart piece of glamorous and atmospheric period-style interior decoration. H 32" W 27" D 18" .
