FB Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The base has two doors with diamond shaped panels with ormolu mounts on each corner, enclosing one shelf. The doors also have ormolu beading to the centre. It dismantles into two pieces for ease of transport, it is complete with original key. This is a superior piece of furniture, it is very rare to find a quality piece of this calibre. This would compliment any room or any home.
