Pair of Antique Deep Buttoned Leather Wing Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

Large impressive pair of leather wing armchairs in distressed brown leather dating to around the 1920-30's period. They have many nice features, including shaped hump backs and well shaped wings. The backs are deep buttoned & they are hand studded all over. These armchairs which have very generous proportions, are very comfortable & are in good original condition with feather filled cushions. The leather itself has been polished, but we have tried to retain the beautiful character of these chairs. There are no splits, holes or tears in the leather & they sit on four nicely shaped mahogany legs.

Seat height - 18.5", 47 cm
