Description

A striking and very usable wine or champagne cooler and lucky enough to have retained it's original liner. The cooler can be used with or without the liner, ice can be placed underneath the liner and the bottle placed into the liner, or the liner can be removed and the cooler filled with crushed ice.

Made from silver plate around 1920, it's classical urn shape with decorative handles make this a classic piece of tableware which will be used on a regular basis and certainly in an impressive piece.

The underside is stamped "Silver on Copper". Excellent condition, the footprint measuring 5 1/2" in diameter, the rim measuring 9 1/2" and standing 10" tall.
