An Early 20th Century Brass Chandelier

1900 - 1920
Description

A dark brass five arm chandelier dating from around 1910-1940 with the original, heavy glass drops and ceiling fitting (which can just be seen at the top of the photo).

It is quite difficult to photograph to show the unusual brass decorative swirls in the centre, but please contact us if you need further information. We have taken photographs with it hanging up surrounded by other chandeliers, and other photos of it against a grey background so that the shape and crystal drops can be seen clearly.

It measures approximately 56cm at the widest point, and 45cm from the tip of the leaf at the top to the base of the drop at the bottom.

The chandelier has recently been totally rewired by our electrician to UK specifications and fitted with replacement candle tubes.

It can be viewed/or collected in the Surrey area by appointment, or we can arrange to have it delivered by our couriers who travel to most parts of mainland UK, and we find their charges to be very reasonable.
