Description

A very elegant and stylish lady's 1930s Royce platinum and diamond cocktail / wrist watch.

The watch has a good quality Swiss hand-winding movement, signed Royce, which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to around two to three minutes over 24 hours.

The watch measures 1cm wide excluding the winding crown with the cabochon, and 3.6cm high. The platinum case has light surface marks but overall is in good condition, particularly for its age. The lens is slightly convex; it has a light scratch but it is barely visible to the naked eye.

The dial has a good Art Deco look although it is quite small for telling the time. It has blued steel hands.

The watch is fitted with a later cocktail strap; it fits a wrist of upto 15cm.
