Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the 1910s.
Inside it has two shelves. The bureau below comprises 3 graduated drawers over a fall. The drawers have copper coloured handles and it stands on bracket feet. The interior is fitted out with pigeon holes and drawers (later additions). The fall has a key to facilitate opening (but is a little temperamental at locking). Top and bottom come apart for transport. In a beautifully aged warm honey oak. Dating from circa 1910.

Good condition, marks and scuffs to the interior and exterior commensurate with age. Old mends to the bureau hinges. A small line down one pane of glass (possibly a crack - but not particularly visible).
