A vintage 1950s gents Mudu Doublematic wrist watch.

The watch has an automatic movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is within a couple of minutes over a 24 hour period. The movement is stamped 30 jewels, Swiss.

The case measures 32.7 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and 40.1 mm high including the lugs. The gold plated case has light marking and wear from use although it has a good vintage look. The case back is stamped Mudu, stainless steel back, Swiss made, antimagnetic, incabloc and waterproof although with any vintage watch I would not rely on it being waterproof.

The watch lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Mudu, 30 jewels, Doublematic with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in its original finish and has light surface marking although it has a good vintage look.

The watch has its original hands.

The watch has a new black leather strap.
