Victorian 'Good Luck' Candlesticks

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a pair of late Victorian brass candlesticks thought to have been made at the Clew foundry in Birmingham, UK.

The candlesticks measure 29cm in height and 11cm across the base, where the words GOOD LUCK with an upturned horseshoe in the centre appear on one side of the base edge. Although the words are slightly worn, they can be seen with the naked eye, and are shown in photograph 1.

The candlesticks are a very good weight, and in excellent condition with the original push up/ejector mechanism underneath.

Postage and package within UK mainland has been included in the price, and for delivery elsewhere and abroad, please contact us for a quote.
