Description

A mahogany & marquetry Inlaid Edwardian Period music cabinet. Having a shaped gallery with ribbon and harebell inlaid detail above a solid mahogany rectangular top with boxwood line inlaid detail and a mahogany lined drawer with Classical brass swan neck handles. The twin panelled mahogany doors having ribbon and harebell marquetry inlaid and pen-work detail which opens to reveal four mahogany sliding shelves originally used for sheet music, the whole supported on four square tapering line inlaid supports with spade feet. The solid mahogany ends are cross banded in satinwood. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 25" wide x 45" high x 15" deep

Condition: This music cabinet is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
