Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The 17 jewel manual wind movement is in lovely condition.
The original dial is in superb condition, it has gilt hands and baton markers. The glass and case are totally unmarked.

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case. It comes with a brand new leather strap.
The case has a full set of British 9ct gold hallmarks

The watch is a mid size gents measuring 31mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding condition and highly sought after by Rotary collectors.
The watch movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Rotary in all respects. It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.

The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty.
