A Very Good Rosewood & Ash Late Victorian Period Chest of Drawers

Description

A very good rosewood and ash Late Victorian Period antique chest of drawers. Having a rectangular top veneered in beautifully figured rosewood with a contrasting ash moulded edge, above an arrangement of two short over three long ash lined drawers. Each with beautiful figured rosewood veneered fronts, original brass pierced handles, locks and with boxwood geometric line inlaid detail. The sides in solid ash as is the plinth. English circa 1880-1890

Dimensions: 42" wide x 21" deep x 41" high

Condition: This chest is in excellent condition, re-polished in our workshop
