A vintage gold filled pocket watch, circa 1920s.

The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two to three minutes over a 24 hour period. The high grade jewelled movement has a swan neck regulator and is stamped 17 jewels adjusted, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.6 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is stamped Star Watch Case Co, Ludington, Mich, U.S.A. This case guaranteed ten carat gold filled and to wear ten years. The condition of the case is good with just minor marking from use.

The watch lens is in nice condition with only minor marks from use.

The dial has a faint hairline crack across the bottom and slight nibbling to the bottom of the dial mainly under the bezel.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.
