Nice age and colour to the oak. Scuffs and marks commensurate with age. Some small gaps and mends to the beading on the door panel. Small pice of dentile cornice missing. The door sits slightly proud at the top and bottom. Some old worm holes to the sides which have treated with worm killer as a precaution.
