Description

A walnut George I Style Two Seater antique settee. The shaped back veneered in beautifully figured walnut and with a classical George I style scrolling top rail. Having a padded back and seat newly re-upholstered in a classical silk damask, with open swept arms and "Shepherds Crook" supports. The shaped seat rail with block moulded detail beautifully figured burr walnut veneers and supported on typical George I Style carved cabriole supports with carved shell knees. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 44" wide x 41" high x 24" deep (Seat Height 19")

Condition: This settee is in excellent condition, newly re-upholstered in a silk damask
