Antique Solid Silver Neo-classical Tea Caddy 1912

This ornate sterling silver tea caddy is lavishly decorated with a neo-classical design. All around the body of the caddy are scenes of musicians in a parade, with trees and buildings in the back ground.
 
It was made by Charles S Green & Co Ltd and is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1912.
 
The lid is decorated with a horse and crown emblem and carries a partial hallmark. The lid fits snugly.
