Description

Some of the finest quality napkin rings I have come across in some time, made from a good gauge of English sterling silver and beautifully made.

The rims top and bottom are shaped with a raised border, in between the silver is pierced or reticulated incorporating a mythical bird (Phoenix?) and a Horse. The front has a vacant cartouche.

Both sit is their presentation case. both napkin rings are fully hallmarked for London 1908, Edwardian in era together with the maker's initials, C & W, possibly for Cathpole and Williams.

Heirloom quality and in excellent condition. Both a good size measuring 2 1/8" in diameter and 1 3/8" thick; the box measuring 4 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".
