Antique Edwardian Mahogany Tub Chair

1900 - 1920
Description

A charming antique Edwardian tub chair in a mellow light mahogany with 3 carved and pierced back splats. The arms have curved supports and it stands on tapered legs which culminate in spade feet. It has been newly re-covered in a jacquard fabric with a self pattern of stylised flowers in turqouise, gold and stone.

Good condition. Scratches and marks commensurate with age. Newly recovered over existing upholstery which is sound.
