Antique Georgian Inlaid Mahogany Chest of Drawers

19th century
Description

Antique Georgian mahogany bow fronted chest of drawers with bold satin wood inlays & cross bandings. This chest is top quality, with a good original colour & patina. All the drawers have locks, very fine dovetails & original escutcheons. They also have old brass plate back handles. It's in lovely condition throughout with no splits or warps & it sits on splayed feet. I would date this chest to around the 1790 - 1810 period.

Depth - 22", 56 cm

Height - 41", 104 cm
