A fabulous example of a Victorian fruit knife made from English Sterling Silver with a full hallmark for Sheffield 1869, together with the highly sought-after Queen Victoria's head duty mark.

The knife is covered in beautifully hand-carved Mother of Pearl shell with it's exquisite iridescent qualities. The knife comes complete with it's original presentation case, which is gold embossed with the famous Scottish retailer, Hamilton & Inches, 90 Princes St., Edinburgh.

A stunning example in excellent condition. The case measures 3 3/4" x 7/8"; the knife measuring 3 5/8" and 6 1/8" when blade is opened.
