Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
It has the wonderful balastrade design ending on a hexagonal base and wooden plinth . It also has a brand new shade in a red swirl design which comes with the lamp.
It is in excellent condition with the brightness of the solid brass yet retaining the patina which you would expect of genuine Edwardian pieces.
It measures 15 inches in height excluding the shade and the base is 5.5 inches across.
This is a beautiful genuine lamp and not to be confused with reproductions.
Completely rewired by a fully qualified electrician and ready for immediate use.
If you prefer the lamp without the shade a reduction in price can be arranged.
