Description

Very original and individual brass and iron bedstead from Cole Brother's Ltd of Sheffield shown on original plaque on cross rail.Lovely simple brass detail and heritage colour (from heritage time)that have naturally aged.

This is a charming antique bed suitable for standard double mattress size 4'6" x 6'3".

Max head board height 55"; foot board height 40'; side rail height 15.5".

Side rails have been strengthened and adapted to support wood slats; see image.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

Alternatively we can supply mini box bases 2" with platform top (£225) or 4"with springs (£275)for superior mattress support and get into bed height. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices.
