Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Regency era.
They have been newly recovered over the existing upholstery in a turquoise and cream embroidered chenille fabric. Solid and sturdy and recently fully restored.

Solid and sturdy. Newly recovered over existing upholstery. Wear and marks commensurate with age. It appears to have been stripped and French polished fairly recently. It has had new replacement seat rails.
