Victorian Dinner Gong C.1880.

Description

Superb late 19th.c. dinner gong c.1880. Large and heavy hammered brass gong with great tone on an ebonised frame crisply carved with vine and fruit detail. Sold together with a large clapper of the same period with turned oak handle. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Dimensions: width 27", depth 16", height 39".
