A Beautiful 23 Drawer, Late Victorian Coin Collectors Cabinet Circa 1890

Description

This is a really attractive little cabinet fashioned in mahogany with boxwood and ebony stringing consisting of 23 drawers in total, the two bottom drawers being deeper and with two layers in each.

The lockable twin doors to the front open to reveal the 23 drawers which pull with the aid of turned bone or other organic material knobs. The drawers have a variety of cut out trays which are designed to hold and display coins or seals.

This cabinet could easily be converted to take microscope slides or other small collectables.

A beautiful and highly versatile collectors cabinet in good order.

Height. 17.5 inches.

Width. 13.25 inches.

Front to back. 12.75 inches.

Drawers.

11 by 10.5 inches.
