Victorian Art Nouveau 4 Poster Brass and Iron Double Bed

This very pretty Victorian bed dates from around 1880 it is painted black.

The bed head and foot ends have tall posts topped with attractive brass bed knobs the foot end of the bed has more decorative brass in the Art Nouveau style

All in all a very attractive bed timeless in design it will go very well in a Victorian designed bed room or in a modern Minimalist design

The bed has been fully restored and comes with a new purpose made slatted base it is very sturdy when assembled

The bed posts are 83" high and the bed takes a normal double mattress 56” x 77”
