Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The brass frame work holds four lights inside, and the item has been completely rewired with replacement candle tubes fitted to the lights.
This is a very unusual and attractive chandelier, and the photographs don't do it justice. The camera flash has distorted the colour and in reality it looks stunning when lit up.
